telephone answering service, provides a convenient way for on-call representatives
to return service calls without revealing their personal cellular and/or home telephone
number. Leveraging on Answer Automation’s ability to capture caller ID information
of the calling party, Call Shield uses the Caller ID to facilitate placing a call
back to the caller when a request for service has been placed.
Call Shield
is extremely easy to use. Once your on-call representative has listened to the caller’s
message, they can touch a key to be connected back to the caller without ever hanging
up the telephone. With Call Shield, the return call to the resident is
placed thru Planet Telecom so the resident sees a Planet Telecom telephone phone number
and not the on-call representative’s phone number when the call rings through. This
Shields your on-call representative’s personal numbers so that they do not receive
direct calls for service when issues arise.
