Once your on-call representative has listened to the caller’s message, they can touch a key to be connected back to the caller without ever hanging up the telephone.  With Call Shield, the return call to the resident is placed thru Planet Telecom so the resident sees a Planet Telecom telephone phone number and not the on-call representative’s phone number when the call rings through. This Shields your on-call representative’s personal numbers so that they do not receive direct calls for service when issues arise.
